The Connecticut Technology Council has announced that PerfectSoftware has won the CT Technology Fast 50 award for the third consecutive year. The award is presented to the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut and is measured by the five-year revenue growth of 2000 listed technology companies and 800 software companies in Connecticut. Deloitte and Touche and the CT Technology Council administer the award. PerfectSoftware also won this prestigious business award in 2000. The 2001 award was presented at an official ceremony at Fairfield University’s Quick Center for the Arts on January 17, 2002.

The company my boyfriend works for is switching over their payroll software and he was told that everyone has to give up 32hrs of PTO for the pay lapse that will occur when they switch over, or else they wont get paid. When I asked if he gets reimbursed for the PTO hes forced to use, he said no. So essentially, unless they use their PTO, they don’t get paid for hours that they have worked! That doesn’t seem right or legal to me. What if someone didn’t have 32hrs of PTO, the would mean that the company would have gotten however many hours of free labor…. Isn’t PTO supposed to be Paid Time OFF?!?!?!

i’m a telemarketer who is selling accountants to do people’s accouniting using go to my pc software or quikbooks software how can i convince managers that this will really help them to cut the costs in their payroll?

Hi Everybody,
I have been using a payroll software called Quickpayroll from Intuit (I think it’s also called quicken quickpayroll ). The software gets discontinued in January of next year. I was looking for an alternative software to use. I want something easy and hopefully cheap. Please let me know if you have something that I can use.
