Is there a bank that services payroll for 15-20 employees so they can just withdraw their salary via atm?
BDO needs 50 employees minimum so that the maintaining balance is just some P 200 minimum. Else, employees must have regular ATM account (which requires minimum balance of P 2,000). We need one with very minimum maintaining balance.

I have not received my w2. The accountant said she has not processed them because the owner of business i was working for is delinquent on payment for their payroll services. Is that legal?
