Is there an online payroll service that does not limit how many contractors you can have on file with?
I need a service that I can pay and track an unlimited number of contractors, file and print 1099′s and that can calculate and remind me of tax payments. Any ideas? I have used paycycle in the past but they do have a limit on contractors…

Small business information? If all the bills are in bf’s name but my company will there be issues?
My fiance and I had started a small business. The problem is we’re trying to keep it from his ex wife. So, we’re going to have the business in my name. The problem is the company card we use has his name on it. Is this going to be a problem when it comes to tax time? Anything we should do to keep it from being an issue with the tax man etc? Also, can I have him as a payroll employee even if we’re living in the same house? The name of the company isn’t either of our names…it’s fictional… what do we do in regards to that? I also need advice about accounting software. We buy instrument parts to have installed onto another instrument (to make it more appealing), what kind of company is that? Are there taxes on instruments that need to be paid (an accountant told me he wasn’t sure if there’s sales tax on instruments)? Thank you for all your help.
Is there a software program that turns a voice mail into text?
we have a small seasonal business and are plagued with
not getting critical information to the office to be inputted and
processed.
this information ranges from the time that employees arrive
and go home for the day, the starting time and ending time
of jobs, and the most often lost info is when materials are
picked up for a job and not reported.
If we overpay labor and undercharge customers for work
and material our profit marging simple evaporates.
we want to try a system that takes a simple phone call every
time a reportable event occurs and then take that information
and process it from the voice mail and compare it to the
paperwork turned in when preparing payroll and invoices and
paying bills at the end of the month as most materials are on
account so if we get a monthly bill it is the first time we are
aware of a lot of expenses that didnt get billed because the
receipt never got turned in.
what is the best way to handle this issue?

I just started a 2 man business. Is there inexpensive software out there that will help me with payroll?

Has anyone out there used the ADP Payroll software with Windows Vista?
My company is upgrading its computers, all of which come pre-installed with Windows Vista. I’m the Payroll Clerk for my company, and we use ADP (Automatic Data Processing) payroll software. I’ve contacted ADP’s technical support system, and they say they do not currently offer Vista support and don’t know when they will. I’m just wondering if there are any ADP users out there who are now using this software on Windows Vista and whether or not they have encountered any problems.
